Drop Peak
Modes

Game modes

Drop Peak has three modes. They share the same board, the same fair 7-bag pieces and the same controls — what changes is what you play for.

Classic

Classic is pure falling blocks with nothing added. No power-ups and nothing to buy, so the score is a clean measure of skill. Classic scores go to the global, weekly and friends leaderboards, and to Game Center or Google Play Games.

  • Level rises every 12 lines
  • T-spin, back-to-back and combo scoring
  • One optional rewarded continue after game over

Assist

Assist keeps every Classic rule and adds three power-ups that you earn by chaining combos. They are never sold — the only way to get them is to play well.

Earned byPower-upWhat it does
2-comboBombPunches a 3×3 hole where the piece would land
3-comboRocketClears the two rows under the piece
4-comboLine clearRemoves the bottom row

Assist is the best way to learn combos: the power-ups reward exactly the habit that scores big in Classic.

Daily Challenge

Once a day a new board appears with a fixed sequence of pieces — the same for every player in the world. You get one try. Your score is compared with everyone who played the same board, and finishing it keeps your daily streak alive.

The board changes at local midnight. Because the pieces are identical for everyone, it is the purest head-to-head test in the game.

Which mode should I play?

  • Learning? Start with Assist — power-ups forgive mistakes.
  • Competing? Classic is ranked and fair.
  • Two minutes a day? The Daily Challenge, then you are done.
