Drop Peak — Delete account & data

📧 To delete your account and data, email support@droppeak.io from the email address you used to sign in, with the subject "Delete my Drop Peak account". We verify and complete the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Signing in (Google or Apple) is optional and only used for cloud save. If you signed in, we delete:

Your Drop Peak account (the Google/Apple sign-in record).
Your cloud-saved profile: best score, daily-challenge progress, theme and settings preferences.

Delete only your data (keep your account)

You can also request deletion of your cloud-saved data without deleting your account — just say so in your email. This resets your cloud profile while keeping sign-in active.

Data stored on your device

Most data (scores, settings, progress) is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling Drop Peak removes all of it immediately. If you never signed in, no data leaves your device.

Analytics & crash data

Anonymous, non-identifying analytics and crash diagnostics are retained for up to 14 months and are not linked to your identity.
